Step:

  1. Make a regular dough with flour, salt and water. Keep it aside.

  2. Pressure cook the soaked rajma with salt and water till soft. Make sure that rajma becomes too soft or almost mashy in consistency.

  3. Drain and grind them with chopped onions, green chillies, black salt and dry pomegranate in a mixer jar.No need to make them very smooth. Little grainy texture is good.

  4. Now mix the grated mozzarella cheese with the rajma mixture.

  5. Now divide the dough in equal portions as your choice to make paratha.

  6. Make a ball with each portion. Now make a cavity and stuff some rajma mixture and seal the ball nicely.

  7. Roll this ball to make a thick circle.

  8. Repeat with all the flour portions to make parathas.

  9. Heat a skillet or tawa and roast them in medium high heat. Bust with oil time to time.

  10. Protein rich delicious parathas are ready to enjoy with salad and raita.

  11. I make raita with some leftover rajma mixture. It goes very well with the paratha.

  1. 2 cups whole wheat flour
  2. 1 cup soaked rajma or red kidney beans
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 1-2 green chillies chopped
  5. 1 tsp dry pomegranate seeds
  6. 1/2 tsp black salt
  7. Cooking oil to fry the paratha
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1/4 th cup mozzarella cheese
