Step:

  1. Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

  2. Fry the cauliflower in butter. Add salt

  3. When almost done, still crunchy. Then chop the green onions

  10. 1/2 chopped green onions
  11. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  12. 1 1/2 tablespoon double action baking powder
  13. 1 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
