Step:

  1. Wash the Yellow Chili with plenty of water.

  4. Put the Mexican Cheese into the blender.

  5. Cut the Yellow Chili Skin and put it into the blender. Make sure not to include the seeds unless you want it to be very spicy.

  6. Add Salt.

  7. Add Milk.

  8. Blend for 5 minutes. You should get a thick light yellow sauce.

  3. 1 Pack Saltine Crackers (8 units)
  4. 10 Oz Evaporated Milk
  5. 3 Teaspoons Salt
