Step:

  1. Cut the potatoes in thin & long shape

  2. Marinate with all the ingredients for 1 hour

  3. Heat oil in a karahi

  4. Put the marinated potatoes in it

  5. Deep fry until they become pink sprinkle chat masala on it & serve hot

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg potatoes
  2. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  3. 2 tsp corn flour
  4. to taste salt 1tsp ajawain 1tsp chat masala 1tsp garam masala
  5. as needed oil
