Step:

  1. Heat oil temper nigella seeds and dry chilli

  2. Add gourd and pumpkin stir well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. Add roasted moong daal and saute

  4. Add water and allow it to boil

  5. Add sugar and boi

  6. Serve it with plain rice and papad

  4. 1 tsp nigella seeds
  5. 1 dry red chilli
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. To taste salt and sugar
