Maize in coconut milk n ground peanuts!!!

Cut the maize into small pieces n boil.

In a saucepan put a little oil then add chopped onions till golden brown add tomatoes n salt n tumeric powder.Then put the ground peanuts.Let it cook then put in the boiled maize n finally add coconut milk n corriander.

Enjoy with rice!!
