Step:

  1. Pressure cook the kabuli chana with 1 cup water for 5-6 whistles till soft. Drain and keep aside.

  2. Now in a bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss well. Your salad is ready. Serve, garnished with green chilies and coriander leaves.

  1. 1/2 cup chicken boneless, boiled & shredded
  2. few broccoli florettes, blanched
  3. few lettuce leaves, shredded
  4. 1/2 cup coloured bell peppers, sliced
  5. 1 small tomato, sliced
  6. 1/2 cup kabuli chana (white chickpeas)
  7. to taste salt & pepper
  8. 1 tbsp. lime juice
  9. 1 tbsp. olive oil
  10. green chilies & coriander leaves to garnish
