Lemon and 3 Peppers Chicken

Wash and slice flesh of drumsticks down to the bone as shown

Brush all over with a little of the Lemon Oil

Sprinkle over the Cayenne, Paprika and Black Peppers, turn over and repeat.

Put into top of medium hot oven for at least 30-45 minutes, until, when pricked with a fork, the juices run clear!
