Step:

  1. In a bowl, put flr, margarine, sugar, cardamom, egg n rub in all together.

  2. Add water n milk n mix well. Knead to a nice, soft n smooth dough.

  3. Cover it for 10 mins to relax.

  4. After 10 mins, roll the dough to a medium size in thickness, cut into small pcs n deep fry them to a golden brown colour.

  5. Serve while warm when nut n coffee are ready.

  6. For nuts, put them in a small sufuria, put some salt n little water. Mix well. Put it in a jiko n roast them on low heat till ready or till they start peeling off by themselves.

  7. For coffee, bring to boil a cup of water, put 1 tbsp sugar/ honey, add a satchet of nescafe.

  8. Let them boil together.

  9. Serve hot when ready.

  10. Enjoy your breakfast.

  4. 1 egg
  5. Warm water n milk
  6. 1 tsp cardamom
  7. Hot water for coffee
  8. 1 satchet Nescafe
  9. 1 tbsp honey/ sugar
  10. 50 gms nuts
  11. to taste Salt
  12. Cooking oil for mandazi
