Step:

  1. Prepare your ingredients

  2. Place beef in a pan cover put on fire add alittle water allow it cook till soft

  3. After the water has dried off and the beef is soft add cooking oil 2 tbsps

  4. Allow the beef to brown add onions and garlic let them brown too

  5. Add tomato paste stir under low heat

  6. Add all purpose flour continue stirring add a little water let it simmer under low heat.The amt of water is according to your preference.

  5. 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  6. 2 tbsp cooking oil
