Step:
Bake bacon in 400 degree oven for 22 minutes, until brown & crisp. Drain well. Crumble.
Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees.
Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Put in bowl or gallon ziploc bag. Add oil, garlic salt, & pepper. Stir or shake until well coated.
Arrange potatoes in single layer on baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Brush with barbecue sauce.
Mix bacon, cheese, & parsley in bowl. Add some of mixture on top of each slice.
Bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Then serve.
