Chocolate covered cherries

Combine all except cherries and chocolate, in a mixer, mix, refrigerate at least 1 hr to firm up

Drain cherries, spread on a cookie sheet, freeze 1hr.

Scoop filling and form into a ball around cherry.

Dip into melted chocolate, or if using a mold place into chocolate lines mold, add more chocolate.

Best served if they have 2 weeks to sit and develop better, but it is not needed :)
