Step:

  1. Bring water to boil.

  2. Place eggs in, boil for 10 minutes.

  3. Immediately drain, and fill pot with COLD water.

  4. Let eggs sit in water a while, peel under running cold water.

  5. Cut in halves, remove yolks, add to bowl.

  6. Add mayo, and sweet relish to taste, mix.

  7. Add mixture to piping bag (or zip lock bag)

  8. Snip end of bag, pipe mixture it to egg whites.

  9. Sprinkle tops with peprika.
