chocolate surprise cookies

preheat oven to 350* combine butter & brown sugar in medium bowl. beat on medium speed until light & fluffy. add vanilla. in another bowl combine flour & cinnamon, then add to butter mixture. mix well

shape dough into 25 one-inch balls. flatten each into a 2- inch round. place rounds on 2 ungreased baking sheets 1 inch apart. place one kiss on each cookie round. seal dough completely up around kisses. bake until golden, about 15 minutes

combine powdered sugar & cocoa powder in a small bowl. sprinkle over hot cookies. cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely
