Step:

  1. Arrange chicken in 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Making sure pieces don't touch.

  2. Preheat oven to 400°.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, combine green onion, honey, garlic powder, and red pepper. Brush chicken with honey mixture and return to oven.

  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink.

Ingredients

  1. 8 chicken drumsticks and/or thighs
  2. 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  3. 1/4 cup honey
  4. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 dash ground red pepper
