Pineapple Coleslaw Salad

Add shredded cabbage into a large bowl, add grated carrots

Add in minced garlic

Add sugar

Add a pinch of salt

Add bite sized chopped pineapples

Add in apple cider vinegar

Add mayonnaise

Mix all the ingredients until well incorporated. Taste to see if seasoning is well balanced. Refrigerate for a few hours for ingredients to meld into each other. If serving immediately make the salad 30 minutes earlier and put in fridge before serving

Serve in individual bowls or one large bowl
