Step:

  1. Heat a non-stick pan/ kadhai on a high flame

  2. Add the onion paste and cook on a slow flame for 3 to 4 minutes or till the onions light brown in colour, while stirring continuously.

  3. Add the cashewnut paste, garlic paste and dried fenugreek leaves

  4. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 more minute.

  5. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of water to avoid the onions from burning.

  6. Add the low-fat milk, ½ cup of water, green chilli paste, turmeric garam masala and salt

  7. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

  8. Add the paneer and green peas, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes covered

  9. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with whole wheat chapatis,rice,etc

  1. 3/4 cup low-fat paneer Cubes
  2. 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  3. 3/4 cup onion paste
  4. 1 tbsp cashewnut (kaju) paste
  5. 1/2 tsp garlic Paste
  6. as needed Water
  7. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
  9. 1/2 cup Low fat milk
  10. 1.5 teaspoon green chilli paste
  11. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  12. to taste Salt
  13. Handfull finely chopped coriander leaves
