  3. Dredge in the flour. Let the pieces rest in the flour for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Fry the rabbit pieces. Save the belly for last to add. It is the thin lining between the front and back legs. It takes about 4 minutes per side to cook. It will take about 15 minutes to cook the pieces. So after about 8 minutes add the breaded rabbit bellies.

  5. When done add to paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil.

  3. 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  7. As needed oil for frying
