Step:

  1. mix crema cabbage ingredients together and chill 15 minutes

  2. toast bun

  3. spread mayo on top bun and mustard on bottom bun

  4. Place a slice of cheese on each. add a fillet to each bun

  5. on bottom fillet add tartar sauce and another slice of cheese

  6. add crema cabbage and put sandwich together

  7. eat and enjoy

  1. 2 fillets of Brad's cheese fried fish (recipe on my profile)
  2. 1 mayo
  3. 1 spicy brown mustard
  4. 1 tartar sauce
  5. 3 slice cheddar or american cheese
  6. 1 bun of choice
  7. cilantro lime crema cabbage
  8. 1/2 cup shredded napa cabbage
  9. 1/4 cup mexican crema
  10. 1 tbsp minced cilantro
  11. 1 juice from half a small lime
  12. 1 pinch of salt and pepper
