Step:

  1. in a quart of water add saffron threads it infuse water let si at least 30 minutes

  2. in a pan melt butter add spices add flour stir till smooth like a paste dont burn add saffron water bring to boil it will thicken dont let it stick keep stirring

  2. 1 quart water
  3. 1 stick butter (quarter pound)
  4. 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  5. 1 salt to taste
  6. 1/3 cup flour
