Take big bowl put maida,suji,milk,pinch soda mix well

Without lumps mix well like dosa batter...put cadai on firm add sugar,half cut water keep boil until

Upto one string consistancy add food colour pinch..mix agai keep it aside

Keep kafai pour oil fir deep fri once it heat pout cup of maida,suji prepared batter fri both sides,,this malpuva is dip inti sugar syrup...plate all malpuva

Finally decourate with grated badam,,,ready to serve,, enjoy
