curry gravy

mix the spices together measure 2 teaspoons this is what you wilk use in the gravy the rest is stored for later use in a pan heat margarine and olive oil add flour

put spices on flour

stir well mix the hot oil and flour and spices

when smooth add broth stir till thickens add water stir well till it rethickens
