  1. Wash peel and dice the potatoes.

  2. Boil the potatoes and eggs till the potatoes are fork tender and drain. Peel the eggs and chop them up.

  6. As needed water to boil potatoes

  8. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  9. 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits, optional
