Baked Potato With Spicy Beans And Vegetable

Bring a pot of water to a boil then add the whole potato for 20 minute then drain and wrap up in foil bake at 200 C. for another 25 minute till its soft

add mushroom and tomato and juice

add spice and seasoning mix well then add carrrot and kidney bean with spring onion mix well and off heat

SERVE AS SIDE DISH AS IT OR SLICE BAKED POTATO INTO HALF AND SERVE WITH IT TOP PARMESAN CHEESE
