Step:
I used part of the dough for the cinnamon roll and the other for another recipe. You can reduce it by half or more to suit your needs
Make your dough by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. Here is what I used for the rolls.Work on your dough for about 15-20 minutes so that you activate the yeast.
Let it proof and double in size for about 30 min. Deflate it and let it proof again
Grease your baking tray and preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.
Flour your working surface and roll out your dough to resemble a chapati
For the filling I used 3 tablespoons margarine, some melted chocolate and cinammon
Apply the mixture on your chapati-like patty
Cut into strips and rolls into balls. The side with visible filling should be on top.
Arrange the balls in your baking tray.
You can roll out as many as many as will fit your tray
Coat them with egg wash and bake for about. 15 minutes. Add an extra egg wash coat and return to the oven till brown. Baked mine for about 30 mins in total
You can add a glaze.. Icing sugar and some milk or leave it that way.
