preheat oven 350F Fahrenheit

clean the turkey any pin feather pieces take the sack out it has the liver in it save the heart , gizzard, and neck for other uses I discard the liver

salt the turkey inside and out put into roaster add water to bottom of roaster use less water for smaller turkey

I had to put rack in oven on bottom and the other on very top couldn't use the lid so I put aluminum foil over top

bake 4 to 4 1/2 hours till done enjoy
