Bring a pot of water to a boil then add in the dried agar agar strip and let it simmer for another 20 minutrs till its dissolved then seive it and divide equally into 2 parts
FOR RED JELLO .....just add in some red food colouring onto the cooked plain jello and set aside to chill
FOR THE WHITE COLOUR COCONUT JELLO ...just add in the coconut milk into the plain jello and mix well then set aside and chill
IN ANOTHER PAN JUST ADD THE COCONUT MILK AND ADD A DASH OF SALT AND SIMMER FOR 1 MINUTES THEN OFF HEAT AND SERVE AS BELOW
TO SERVE YOU CAN ASSEMBLE THE JELLO FIRST TILL READY TO EAT THEN ONLY ADD ICE AND COCONUT MILK ,,...grate the red jello and white coconut jello then add red bean with ice icube and finally pour the coconut milk and serve immediately
