  2. 1/2 lb smoked sausage I used four star from Georgia
  3. 1 cup chopped sweet peppers
  4. 1 large onion chopped I used Peruvian sweet onion
  5. 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  6. 2 tsp salt
  7. 2 lb ground chuck
  8. 15 oz each can of tomato sauce three cans total
  9. 1 tsp ground black pepper
  10. 8 oz can of tomato paste
  11. 15 oz can black ripe olives
  12. 1/4 cup sugar
