Step:

  1. Pre heat oven 150c

  2. Line a baking a 9 x 12 baking tray

  3. Cut butter into cubes and place in a large bowl add sugar and flour then rub together to form fine bread crumbs put into baking tray and press firmly to make the base

  4. Place in oven and bake for 30 mins

  5. Allow to cool

  6. Place butter condensed milk and syrup in a large saucepan and on a low heat stirring continuously untill it thickens and goes a caramel colour....try not to rush as it can burn

  7. Allow to cool slightly. pour over the base allow to cool down

  8. Melt chocolate in a bowl over simmering water and then pour over caramel

  9. Allow to set before cutting i put mine in the fridge

  10. Remove from baking tray and cut into squares.

  11. They will last upto 5 days in an air tight container

  12. I sprinkle a liitle bit of edible gold glitter to bling them

  2. 175 g unsalted butter
  3. 75 g caster sugar
  4. Topping
  5. 1 can condensed milk
  6. 150 g unsalted butter
  7. 100 g golden syrup
  8. 350 g chocolate
