Step:

  1. Melt chocolate and copha tell runny.

  2. Add crushed vanilla wafers and hazelnut meal.

  3. Put a small amount of chocolate mixture in the paper liners (put crushed nuts, if using) place some hazelnut spread on this then top with more chocolate mixture.

  4. Place in fridge to firm up.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup chocolate buds
  2. 1/2 cup hazelnut spread
  3. 6 crushed vanilla wafers
  4. 2 tbsp copha (solid vegetable oil)
  5. 1/4 cup hazelnut meal
  6. 1 chopped hazelnuts (if using)
  7. 1 cupcake liners or candy cases
