Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 325. In saute pan, brown beef and break up. Drain. Add seasonings. Stir in water, beer and tomato paste.

  2. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Transfer into 2 bowls. (Onion soup size)

  3. Put half the cheese on top of each bowl. Bake for 6-10 minutes.

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  2. 1 packages taco seasoning
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 1/2 cup beer
  5. 6 tbsp tomato paste (1/2 6 oz can)
  6. 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (8oz)
