Step:

  1. peel chop and rinse potatoes add to pot of water with whole onion salt the water and potatoes, boil eggs till done, boil potatoes till fork tender (fork goes in potatoe easy)

  2. add all the ingredients into a bowl mix well taste adjust spice retaste ,save just a little bit of paprika to sprinkle on top along with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of bacon for the top

Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 lb Yukon rose potatoes
  2. 5 large boiled peeled and chopped eggs
  3. 1 tbsp yellow prepared mustard
  4. 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  5. 1 salt to taste
  6. 1/4 cup black chopped olives
  7. 3 oz cooked bacon bits
  8. 1/4 cup bread and butter pickle cubes
  9. 3 tsp sweet pickle relish
  10. 1 small onion whole
  11. 1 small onion chopped finely
  12. 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  13. 2 tsp Hungarian paprika
  14. 2 cup mayonnaise
