Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Oil an 8 cup muffin pan or use paper liners.

  2. In a small bowl combine the oil, milk and egg. Beat lightly. In a large bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Toss in strawberries to coat in flour. Pour milk in mixture and stir together.

  3. Fill muffin cups. Bake for 25 mins or until tops bounce back from touch. Cool 10 mins and remove from pans.
