Sweet corn soup

In a pan add 1 tbsp butter then 1 tbsp each of finely chopped carrots beans and corn......

Then add 1 /2cup crushed corn and roast it for 2 mins and then add salt and black pepper.....add 1 tsp sugar

1 big glass of water bring it to a boil and then add 1 tsp of corn flour dilluted in water...and bring it to another boil....

Serve.....
I have served it with veg sanwiches..
