Step:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F

  2. Mix sausage, egg, onion, bread crumbs, cheese and milk in bowl. Shape sausage mix into 18 meatballs and place on baking sheet.

  3. Bake 20 mins or until meatballs are cooked through.

  4. Cook favorite pasta according to box directions.

  5. In a large skillet, heat olive oil until hot. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds or until golden.

  6. Add peppers to skillet and saute two mins or until tender. Add meatballs to skillet. Stir in pasta sauce. Heat through. Add pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with parsley.

  3. 3 tbsp olive oil
  4. 2 clove garlic minced
  5. 1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
  6. 2 tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
  7. meatballs
  8. 16 oz package ground mild Italian sausage
  9. 1 small onion finely chopped
  10. 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  11. 1/4 cup Milk
  12. 1/3 cup Dry bread crumbs
  13. 1 egg
