Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Cut csuliflower florets into bite-sized pieces. Place cauliflower in medium bowl and add cumin, chili powder, salt& pepper, toss well to coat.

  3. Spread cauliflower on prepared baking sheet until cauliflower is tender, but not mushy, stirring halfway through, about 10 minutes

  3. 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  4. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
