  1. Type the recipe directions here Preheat oven to 400. Cook rice in water or microwave and put in 9 x 13 baking dish. Add onions, & spices and spread in dish. Arrange cut chicken (cooked or raw) over rice. Add asparagus. In bowl, combine soup, wine, broth or water and spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake 25 min or until chicken is cooked and mixture is bubbly.

Ingredients

  1. 1 boil in bag brown rice
  2. 1 box frozen chopped onions
  3. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  4. 1/4 tsp dried marjoram and thyme
  5. 2 tsp dried parsley
  6. 1 lb chicken breasts (cooked OK) in strips
  7. 2 pkgs (10 oz ea) frozen asparagus tips
  8. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  9. 1/4 cup white wine?
  10. 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
  11. 2 tbsp grated parmesan
