Step:

  1. Crush golden Oreos until finely ground.

  2. Mix all ingredients except for white chocolate and optional chips until smooth.

  3. Chill mixture for 25 minutes.

  4. Roll mixture into ping pong size balls.

  5. Freeze for 25 minutes.

  6. Melt white chocolate.

  7. Dip balls into white chocolate.

  8. Decorate with optional chips or other decorations.

  9. Store in refrigerator.

Ingredients

  1. 2 bags white chocolate chips (11ounces each)
  2. 1 package golden oreos
  3. 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  4. 6 ounces cream cheese
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. Pumpkin Spice coconut chips (optional)
