Step:

  1. Preheat oven 360 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Boil the water for the steamer.

  3. Mix the flour, eggs salt and water knead it for 8 minutes and form a ball.

  5. Make little stack on one sheet a slice of sausage with casings removed and a little cheddar cheese.

  6. Add the second layer over the first which the filling is on and stamp, or cut the raviolis out

  7. Place in the steamer. Steam till done. Steam in batches.

  8. Put half the sauce just covering the bottom of the pan. Then add the ravioli on top of the sauce.

  9. Slice the chicken and cook in a pan with the paprika, seasoned salt, and garlic.

  10. Cook till the chicken is done and the onions are soft.

  11. Add the broth cook till it reduces to half.

  12. Add a layer of the four cheeses and a little of the shredded cheddar cheese then the chicken sauce.

  13. Make the next half of pasta into pot sticker style dumplings and steam. Reserve a third of the pasta to make beggars purses. The dumplings are elongated pasta and will look like mountains.

  17. Beggars purses will be little teepees. The mozzarella cheese and shredded cheddar will be the snow and golden sunshine on the mountains.

  18. Add the rest of the sauce for the leaf color change.

  8. 1/2 pound smoked sausage
  9. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  10. 1 slice Virginia Ham luncheon meat
  11. Sauce I---------------
  12. 28 ounces your favorite spaghetti sauce
  13. Sauce II---------------------
  14. 2/3 pound chicken breast boneless and skinless
  15. 1 medium onion sliced
  16. 2 tablespoons ground paprika
  17. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  18. 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  19. 1/2 cup chicken broth
  20. Cheese for layers--------------
  21. 2 cup four cheeses, parmesan, Agiasgo, mozzarella, and Romano
  22. Olives----------------
  23. 1 cup ripe black olives pitted
