Step:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar

  2. Beat in dry pudding mix

  3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well

  4. Add baking soda and flour and mix well

  5. Stir in peppermints and white chocolate chips

  6. Roll into 1" balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet

  7. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes

  5. 2 1/4 c flour
  6. 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
  7. 1 c sugar
  8. 1 c white chocolate chips
  9. 1 c crushed peppermints or candy canes
