Step:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk until soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by spoonfuls evenly over bottom of baking dish (dough will not completely cover bottom of dish).

  3. Drizzle half of pizza sauce over dough. Scatter half of the pepperoni over sauce. Top with half of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese.

  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. NOTE FROM MUM: Apart from the Bisquick and milk, I don't measure much. I use whatever I have on hand or as much as I think my family will enjoy. You can also add your favourite pizza toppings into the layers for a more personalized taste. I've used Tex-Mex cheese and I've added parmesan. All work well.

  6. I serve this with a Caesar salad and something cool and light for dessert like fruit or Jell-o.

  1. 3 1/3 cup Bisquick mix
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 2 cup canned pizza sauce
