  2. Stir in buttermilk; knead dough gently.

  3. Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.

  4. Cut with a 2-1/2-in. biscuit cutter and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 450°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. YIELD: 10 biscuits
