Step:

  1. Stir together all ingredients except egg whites.

  2. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.

  3. Put in greased baking dish and set in another dish with about 1" of hot water.

  4. Bake 45 min. in 300°F oven.

  3. 2 tbsp flour
  4. 2 tbsp butter
  5. 1 rind and juice of 1 lemon OR 2-3 tbsp Realemon
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 2 egg whites
