Step:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350°F

  2. Mix the first 8 ingrediants and set aside

  3. Place mushrooms into a 9 x 13 baking dish

  4. Sprinkle mix over mushrooms

  5. Pour whipping cream over mushrooms

  6. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes

  7. Serve warm and it can be kept in a crock pot on low

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cup butter
  2. 1 tbsp parsley
  3. 1 tbsp onion
  4. 1 1/3 tbsp prepared mustard
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1/4 tsp pepper
  7. 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  8. 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  9. 2 lb mushrooms
  10. 1 cup whipping cream
