Step:

  1. Base: Mix well the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter.

  2. Place the mixture evenly in a circular pan and put in the fridge to cool.

  3. Cheese filling: Mix all the ingredients together except the gelatin.

  4. In a separate bowl , mix the gelatin with a cup of hot water until no lumps remain and add to the cheese batter and mix well.

  5. Pour the cheese mixture over the biscuit base and put back to fridge for half an hour.

  6. Cover: Mix the strawberry jello with 2 cups of hot water until no lumps remain.

  7. Place the sliced fruit over the cheesecake and pour the strawberry jello on top.

  8. Live the cheesecake in the fridge for 6-8 hours to cool.

  2. 2 cup Crumbled biscuits.
  3. 150 grams Melted butter.
  4. Cheese filling
  5. 1 kg White soft cheese (creamed).
  6. 1 packages Instant vanilla pudding.
  7. 1 packages Sweet cream .
  8. 1/2 cup Sugar.
  9. 1 packages Gelatine.
  10. 1 tbsp Grated lemon peel.
  11. Cover
  12. 1 packages Instant strawberry jello.
  13. 1 bunch Any kind of sliced fruit.
