Step:

  1. Mix cooked rice with salt then taste test. If u need more salt u can add it again.

  2. Crak and beat the egg then fry.

  3. Put seaweed sheet on bamboo sushi roller or plastic bag then put rice on it.

  4. Slice cucumbar, saussages and egg. Then put on the top of rice

  5. Roll sushi with bamboo sushi roller or plastic bag.

  6. Slice sushi with knife then serve it

  2. 1 scoope cooked japanese rice
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 saussages or crab stick or salmon
  5. 1 cucumbar
  6. 1 tsp salt
