Step:

  1. In a bowl beat your eggs and add Benny spice

  2. In a separate bowl add in your flour

  3. Heat your oil

  4. Dip both sides of your fillet into the flour then dip into the egg

  5. Then gently add into the pan with the oil

  6. Fry until crispy on both sides of your fillets

Ingredients

  3. 1 cup flour
  4. 1 tsp Benny spice
