Step:

  1. Fry sausage, drain grease add celery and onion. Simmer for 10 minutees.

  2. Mix all ingredients together. Add 1 c. chicken bouillon to desired wetness and add meat right before stuffing the bird.

  2. 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  3. 1 1/2 lbs sausage
  4. 20 c. (2 loafs) toasted bread cubes
  5. 1 3/4 tsp salt
  6. to taste pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp. sage
  8. 3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
