Step:

  1. Cut Tomatoes and Kimchi into small pieces. Place all vegetables, Chilli Garlic Sauce and Soy Sauce in a bowl and mix to combine.

  2. Cut Tofu and place on a plate, spoon the tomato mixture on top and serve immediately.


Ingredients

  1. 500 g Fresh Tofu *Momen or Silk, softer type recommended
  2. 2 Tomatoes
  3. 1/4-1/3 cup Kimchi
  4. 2 Spring Onions *finely chopped
  5. 6-8 leaves Shiso (perilla leaves) *finely sliced
  6. 1 tablespoon Chilli Garlic Sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
