Step:

  1. Saute onion, chilies and butter.

  2. Fold together corn and eggs. Add jiffy mix, stir together. Add onion mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased 9 x 13 greased baking dish.

  3. Mix together sour cream and cheese. spread on top of the casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.

  1. 1 onion, chopped
  2. 2 cans green chili peppers, mild
  3. 1 Stick butter
  4. 2 cans whole kernel corn
  5. 1 can cream style corn
  6. 2 beaten eggs
  7. 1 pkg jiffy corn muffin mix
  8. 1 pt sour cream
  9. 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
